About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our growing team in Amman. You’ll be the first point of contact between Revie and our clients — guiding them from their initial inquiry all the way through to design onboarding. If you’re excited about fit-outs, architecture, and customer experience (and love a good floor plan), we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Be the friendly first face (or voice) of Revie for new clients

• Qualify incoming leads by gathering project details, floor plans, inspiration photos, and budget info

• Coordinate with our design and project management teams to schedule design interviews

• Ensure clients attend scheduled meetings and remain engaged throughout the early stage of their journey

• Own follow-ups: via WhatsApp, calls, email, and customer success tools

• Hand off signed clients smoothly to the relevant internal teams

• Leverage cutting-edge tools in customer success — including AI agents, automations, chatbots, and CRMs

• Provide feedback to improve customer experience workflows

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer success, customer support, or client-facing role

• Familiarity with tools like Twilio, Maqsam, Unifonic, Wati, or similar platforms

• Strong communication skills — friendly, articulate, and proactive

• High attention to detail and great organizational skills

• Experience working with clients in Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage

• Interest or experience in interior design, fit-outs, construction, or architecture

• A degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field is a plus

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and customer tools to manage conversations and workflows

• Fluent in English and Arabic
